Caroline Mikkelsen Pedersen Jensen
Caroline was born on January 20, 1823 in Bendslev, Hjorring, Denmark. She died on July 4, 1893 in Ephraim, Utah. Her parents are Mikkel Pedersen and Anna Hansen.
Caroline was not only born in Denmark, but she also married her husband, Jorgen Christian Jensen in Denmark and her two children were born there.
Caroline had been a governess in Denmark and was in charge of the royal nursery under King Christian Frederick, the eighth king of Danmark. She was responsible for the education of the king's children. She was also very accomplished in music and sewing.
