William Washington Thorpe
William Washington Thorpe was born on July 17, 1823 in Derbyshire, England. He died on October 17, 1865 in Ephraim, Utah. His parents were Thomas Thorpe and Ann Storer.

William was born in Derbyshire when his father was 27 and his mother was 28. He married Hannah Fenerly around 1844 in Washington, England. He married his second wife Charlotte Cruse in 1850 in St. Louis, Missouri, and together, they had seven children. He lived in St. Louis, Missouri in 1850 and Spring City, Utah in 1860. He and six other people were killed during a raid by Indians in Ephraim, Utah on October 17, 1865.
